OUR 2008 EVENT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS - THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED MAKE THIS POSSIBLE!

2008 INFORMATION:

Plans for the sixth annual "A Taste of Mount Airy" auction are well underway. This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 6:30pm, at the Mount Airy Fireman’s activities Building.

The auction is a Mount Airy Youth Athletic Association’s soccer fundraising event. All of the proceeds directly benefit our children by providing much needed equipment.

"A Taste of Mt. Airy" will include a silent auction and a live auction.

The featured LIVE auction item this year is Laser Eye Surgery (valued at $5,000) donated by TLC Laser Eye Centers in affiliation with Mount Airy Eye Care (Dr. Christopher Coleman).  Contact Dr. Coleman at 301-831-5408 for additional information.  Advance bids for those unable to attend the event are being accepted until Feb 8th by Jesse Windsor at jessewindsor@comcast.net

Attendees will be treated to a night of fabulous food donated by a variety of local restaurants and caterers. Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 9, 2008. Put on your dancing shoes and spend a fun evening with family and friends. The night promises to be enjoyed by all.

Tickets are now available for purchase at New York J & P Pizza – Mt. Airy, The Greene Turtle – Mt. Airy, and New Windsor Bank – Mt. Airy.

This year’s theme is “Favorite Sports Teams” … wear your favorite team jersey!
